To say that nothing is true is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic.

The Phantom cannot be killed, even if all of its followers were. The Phantom was an idea, and even if all records of it were destroyed, it could eventually be reinvented by another.
The Phantom Line (used interchangeably with The Phantom Project) is a project-based platform that will focus on themed events and games for our dwellers. More than simply watching a movie, a little less than the reality. The Phantom Project focused on rendering storylines into an immersive gameplay, allowing its users to experience fictional events and to actually engage themselves into the story through interactive AUs and characters inside each projects.
Think of it like a Twitter based, open-world game. The more you explore our world, the more you will meet new people. The more you will experience something new. However, most of the stories inside the projects are dark-themed, NSFW contents (due to violence, profanity used, and graphic natures), and could be triggering for some people. We'll make sure to keep those potentially triggering content under the public's eyes, and the content will be available for the signed dwellers only.
This platform will bind its' dwellers for a single project only. It means that after that project ended, dweller's membership will be revoked from our system. Each project will have a different theme and concept, as we will also regularly change the handle for each subsidiary accounts except for @ThePhantomLine that serve as our main account. The duration of each project varies, depends on the storyline.
We'll be looking forward to explore this world with future Phantom Dwellers.

REGULATIONS
Requirements
1. We accept general, AU, and OC RPs. However, we are only accepting one FC at a time to avoid confusion.
2. One account per soul.
3. You are allowed to use more than one language and there will be no exact ratio for the language usage. But please keep English as your preferred language.
4. Has no trouble in discussing difficult and broad topics/knowledge. There will be a lot to read, don't say that we didn't warn you.
5. NSFW and triggering concept might or might not be present, depends on the storyline. READ the summary for each projects before you sign yourself. We will also make every story to be comfortable for the public's eye.
6. We see that race, gender identity, sexuality, the skin color, or things that constructs your identity has nothing to do with our projects so feel free to be yourself.
7. Willing to sign the project contract with the Phantom Project.
Rules
1. This is not a project-based agency. Commitment and activity is the BARE minimum. Failing this exact rule will be resulting in removal and blacklisting.
2. If you are currently under another community like RP agencies, make sure to treat both of the communities fairly.
3. Don't do anything that will taint your own name, your fellow Phantom Dwellers name, and our Phantom Line's name.
4. We are not forcing you to keep the relationship with fellow Phantom Dwellers after the project ends, but please stay out of the drama and build a good team work during the project.
5. Ban or blacklisting are effective after each projects, however, any form of violations against the community guidelines and any discrimination towards any community will be resulting in immediate removal from the ongoing project.
Other than that, there are no any other rules or regulations bind to this platform. We will held an anonymous survey and assessment after each project to find out the people who didn't obey nor committed to the project. The consequences for violating our rules is temporary ban and permanent ban (depends on how severe your violation is) from our projects.
APPLICATIONS
Signing Up to A Project
1. Follow our main base, @ThePhantomLine first.
2. We will be giving future challengers a form before each project, fill in the form and send the form back to our direct messages. Please do attach your storyline if you're an OC/AU/Multi-verse/Multi-muse RPs.
3. Make your own codename, the requirements will be different each projects so keep your eyes on the main account.
4. After the submission, applicants will be contacted by us regarding their acceptance.
